There are now so many Google tools available, each with a multitude of features, that you may have missed their essential features. Did you know that you can talk to your contacts in text, voice and video using GTalk for free? Did you realise that you can manage the collaborative creation of documents, spreadsheets and powerpoint files with just one version in Google Docs? In this hands-on workshop, with 'Google power users' Sue Waters and Carole McCulloch, you will learn how to use Google tools more effectively for improving your productivity online.
