• providing an ongoing support service for their teaching or service team, from within the team itself.
• focusing on providing sound advice to others within their team for online learning and delivery strategies.
• providing leadership within the organisation on all matters relating to the implementation of eLearning and integrating technology within the team’s teaching or support roles.
