Operations & Concepts

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) are the key tools for future communication, learning, business and commerce. Operations and Concepts deals with the skills and knowledge required to utilise software to generate and manipulate data in addition to using the Internet to research information and communicate with both colleagues and students. ICT tools include the use of personal computers, peripheral devices, software and Internet applications.

The course has been divided into 4 modules. Each module is available to download and print.
