Enrol (or Delete) Students/Teachers into (from) TAFE VC VISTA

Provider administrators are able to enrol teachers and students in bulk to WebCT VISTA at their Institute level. The CSV file will provide the information needed for VISTA to create the various learning levels.

A CSV (Comma Separated Value) can be either created in Excel or Access database and exported in CSV format. An example can be downloaded for reference here: enrolContext.csv

The following fields are required in your CSV file:

• Section ID
• User ID
• Add or Unenroll User (1 or 3)
• Roletype (1, 2)

1. The Section ID relates to the IMS ID as listed in the Properties window for the section.
2. The User ID is the unique ID for the user (previously WebCT ID)
3. When adding a user, this field is '1' otherwise it is '3' for unenrolling the user from the learning context.
4. The Roletype is as follows: student =1, instructor =2, designer =3.
